Getting A Late Start

I am going to try to do the 29 faces for February   Please visit Ayala Art if you would like to participate.  The Mr. Linky thing drives me nuts so I cannot promise I will finish 29 days, but I'll give it a shot.  Since I'm starting late, here are some "catch up" faces.

 For Day 1

An enhanced, colorized  image of a face I started in charcoal trying to do icons.

For Day 2

A "mirror" image....without all the wrinkles.  LOL Whew! I'd still be drawing!

For Day 3

Just a "dude"

For Day 4

Tried to do a fat little laughing baby I saw in a book, but it looks more like a circus lady.  Sorry baby's mom, whoever you are!  :)

Day 5

A very special lady.  I don't know if she is recognizable because I am not a portrait artist, but anyway, she is my face for Day 5.

See you tomorrow with another, I hope.

  1. I like your faces, especially the dude and the nun, who reminds me of one of the Sister Act movie.

  2. I like all your faces. The nun is awesome. Nice job Judie. Have a great rest of the week. By the way your previous post with your ladies on what looks like wood is just awesome. I just cut out lots of 9 x 12 size slats of hardboard to paint on. It will be fun.
