As I was changing Mary around from her original state, I wanted to add a tear for my Teardrop line of art. But as I was working, I had the tv on, and Today was interviewing that lady who lost her three young girls in a fire last Christmas season. I began to cry (can't help it), because I so know how she felt and still feels. So I thought perhaps Mary today could just look solemn, as if she might be about to pray for those who have lost loved ones and feel it extra strong during holidays. So many need you Mary. I hope you are real, and that you feel and accept that need.
Oh Judie, my heart feels your pain. I too know that feeling. What a beautiful Mary you have painted. Yes, no tears today, just that we all be blessed.Thank you for your very nice comment on my blog. God Bless You too. I love your work. I am seeing a new look from your work. Nice going. Take care.
ReplyDeleteDear Judie, Her Presence is Real and my prayer for you is that you may feel Her Presence with you as she heals your heart. It is such a poignant painting - life is a mystery - more than that we can never understand.
ReplyDeleteShe's really beautiful, Judie - her inner strength, in spite of her vulnerability, is evident. I've heard that when painters paint, they are painting themselves. If this is true, you are certainly a most beautiful woman!
ReplyDeleteMary is as true and valid as your experience of Her.
I think I believe in pre-destiny...
ReplyDeleteI do know you gave me a gift today. I am hugging my daughter a little tighter and a little longer.
Thank you Judie♥
So well done ~ she is lovely and showing wonderful divine energy in your work ~ (A Creative Harbor) ^_^ aka ~ 'artmusedog' ^_^
ReplyDeleteShe's lovely -- but what is most special about this post is reading the story of how she came to be and what she means to you. This consecrates her!
ReplyDeleteShe seems to be the perfect Mary to pray for those who have lost loved ones.
ReplyDeleteLove the light and strength in her face. Also love the light and strength in you dear Judie.

deep in thought what does she contemplate? Planning remembering organizing..
ReplyDeleteyour painting and your thoughts are so beautiful. i am so touched by your compassion...and the love that brightened in each ones hearts as they visited.
ReplyDeleteVery lovely and what great synchronicity that you re-chose her for day 6. Sounds like you are a highly sensitive person (from Aron's work) as am I.
ReplyDeleteMary has a way of insinuating herself into our lives in the most unexpected ways.
ReplyDeleteYou can rest assured she is real.
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing from an open heart.
ReplyDeleteYour Mary is lovely.
