I smiled, right after I finished reading your haiku... because I could totally smell the jasmine. And today, more than other days, the sweet and soothing (and often overpowering) scent of jasmine feels perfect.
when i lived in warmer climates one of the first things i did whenever i moved was to plant night blooming jasmine outside every window...sweet memories. thank you for touching my heart so tenderly.
