AMAZING PHOTO
THIS PHOTO WAS IN THE PAPER. I THOUGHT IT WAS MAGNIFICANT ENOUGH TO SHARE! KUDOS TO THE PHOTOGRAPHER, STEVEN PREVUZNAK!
What a regal bird. That is very cool that Fla has a large population of Eagles. Did I ever tell you about the blessing I had on the Zuni reservation? I was in a gymnasium which served as a hospital for injured eagles. There were about 40 of them in there walking around/some flying low whoop whoop ....a spiritual experience. gemma
A lovely photo of a regal bird. I have seen the occasional bald eagle pair near here. They are not common other varieties of raptures are found here in greater numbers. The Peregrine Falcons are making a strong recovery after years of damage from DDT.

aHhhhhhhH! yES, VERY majestic! I probably would scare him or her off before I got their pic!!!My crows still EXCITE me when I see them, O! I will imagine an EAGLE in my back yard and he will come!!! hehehehe I'm still around but not so much, using my daughter's laptop on the week-ends sometimes! Been busy, busy with Estate affairs(UG!) and sadness is my new friend although I am still in disbelief my mommy is gone! Take care sweetie! xxoxoxo
Wow! That is a great pic - and that is quite an eagle. The perspective almost makes him look like a GIGANTIC eagle, which is a kinda scary thought, actually...Did you ever watch the "Eagle Cam" they had going online, last spring, I think it was? It was pretty cool - that nest was seriously huge, those birds don't fool around! Thanks for sharing the cool pic, Miz Judie~xoxo
