The laws of nature reign over all living things, and birds especially are susceptible to these laws. They listen to Mother Nature's silent words and react accordingly. It's natural to them.
Humans too, have a natural pattern to follow and in times of doubt or difficulty, it could help us to trust in life's natural flow. Gently and quietly meditate on the issue at hand, and answers will come to you. Be patient. Nothing happens before its designated time.

Beautiful Judie. I love what you have said here. And I think... I spy my "sea-dove" circling along with this flock of seagulls!
ReplyDeleteno truer words spoken all wisdom!
ReplyDeleteHow I wish that more of us (me included) paid more attention to Nature's wisdom and flow. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteHumans, too, must follow the unsure patterns of life - and notice the beauty of it! Love your haiku. Hug froom Holland.
ReplyDeleteThere is nothing like stepping back and claiming some moments of quiet to stop the feeling of frenzied birds bouncing around the inside of our brains.
ReplyDeleteWe would learn so much if we pay attention to the sign painted by Nature and her creatures, ourselves included. And yes, patience is a great part of it.
ReplyDeleteThat would be "signs" not "sign" *cough*.
DeleteLovely words.
ReplyDeleteAll the best Jan
