ReplyDeleteTo answer your question on my pelican header effect...I'm on my phone right now instead of computer where I have the link bookmarked...but just take a photo like my pelican & Google oil paint effect & there are sites listed to generate photos to oil paintings...the one I use is free. Wish I had the URL...sorry.
